Voice Customer Support Agent (India – Night Shift)

100% Remote (Work-from-Home) – Candidates must be based in India
Full-Time (5–6 days/week)
Shift: Permanent Night Shift (US Shift) – 8 PM/9 PM IST to 5 AM/6 AM IST
Process Type: Voice Process (Phone Support with Chat & Email)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide real-time support
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and provide effective solutions
  • Process orders, handle complaints, and resolve billing issues over the phone
  • Maintain professional and friendly tone throughout all interactions
  • Follow call scripts and company protocols while personalizing responses
  • Supplement phone support with chat and email when required
  • Document call details and maintain accurate records in CRM system
  • Achieve call quality and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements

  • Located in India only
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with neutral/clear accent (voice assessment will be conducted)
  • Strong command of spoken and written English
  • Comfortable and committed to permanent night shifts (US Shift)
  • Own laptop/desktop: Windows 11, i5 (10th gen+) or Ryzen 5, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD
  • High-quality noise-cancelling headset with microphone (mandatory)
  • Working webcam for training and team meetings
  • High-speed stable internet: Minimum 40 Mbps download with power and internet backup
  • Completely silent home workspace (no background noise, pets, or disturbances)
  • Patience, empathy, and excellent problem-solving skills

Compensation

  • ₹155 per hour for Voice + Non-Voice Support (Phone, Chat & Email)

Good to Have

  • Prior experience in international voice process or inbound call center (1+ year preferred)
  • Previous customer service or BPO experience
  • Knowledge of call center best practices and quality standards
  • Ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism
  • Familiarity with US culture and communication style
