Email & Chat Support Specialist (India – Night Shift)

Customer Support
100% Remote (Work-from-Home) – Candidates must be based in India
Full-Time (5–6 days/week)
Shift: Permanent Night Shift (US Shift) – 8 PM/9 PM IST to 5 AM/6 AM IST
Process Type: Non-Voice (Email & Chat Support Only)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and empathy
  • Document all customer interactions in the ticketing system
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
  • Meet or exceed response time and quality metrics
  • Maintain professional tone and grammar in all written communications

Requirements

  • Located in India only
  • Exceptional written English skills with perfect grammar and punctuation (writing test will be conducted)
  • Comfortable and committed to permanent night shifts (US Shift)
  • Typing speed minimum 40+ WPM with 98%+ accuracy
  • Own laptop/desktop: Windows 11, i5 (10th gen+) or Ryzen 5, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD
  • High-speed stable internet: Minimum 40 Mbps download with power backup
  • Dedicated quiet workspace at home
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Compensation

  • ₹135 per hour for Email & Chat Support

Good to Have

  • Previous experience in email/chat support or customer service (6+ months preferred)
  • Familiarity with helpdesk software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, etc.)
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Experience handling international customers
